Free UK Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped using a carrier of our choice (e.g., Royal Mail or partnered couriers) and will be dispatched within 72 hours of payment being received.

Delivery Times

Tracking

Orders may be shipped with or without tracking depending on the service selected at dispatch. If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@godlevel.com so we can investigate with the carrier. We are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the investigation is complete.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
